1、合同解除协议书甲方：乙方： 甲、乙双方于2014 年 8 月 25 日就 事宜签署了_及_（以下简称“该合同”）。现根据中华人民共和国合同法之规定，甲、乙双方经充分友好协商，一致同意解除该合同，并就该合同解除事宜特订立本协议条款如下，以资共同信守：一、甲、乙双方一致同意：自2017年3月1日起该合同解除，该合同及组成部分的所有文件资料（包括但不限于：合同书、相关来往信函以及与该合同有关的其他文件资料等）同时失效。双方在该合同中的权利义务终止，互不承担解除合同违约赔偿责任。二、双方同意自本协议签署后15个工作日内完成财务对账工作，对账无误后 甲 方向 乙 方出具请款单， 乙 方收到请款单确认无误
