6、hyforsuchdefauhbasedononeoutofathousandofthetotalpriceforinstallationworkperdayi.e.u.s.donlyforeachdayofsuchdefault. 8.increaseordecreaseofwork: incasepartyahastoamendincreaseordecreasetheworkingschedulethecorrespondingincreaseordecreaseoftotalpriceshallbeevaluatedaccordingtothetermsandconditionsbet
7、weenthetwopartiesshouldtheworkbeincreasedthepartiesshallenterintoanagreementfortheunitpriceofadditionalitems.shouldanypartofthepletedworkofanypartofthematerialstransportedtothesitehavetobeabandonedowingtoamendmentmadebypartyapartyashallafterhavingreceivedtheworkpayforeachpletedworkormaterialsabandon

9、ework: shouldpartyanotifypartybtostoptheworkforreasonsbeyondtheresponsibilityofpartybpartybcanstoptheworkandclaimfrompartyathepriceoffinishedworkmaterialsatsiteandotherreasonableexpensestobeaddedordeductedfromthepaidinstallments. 11.custodyofwork: thepletedworkandthematerialstoolsandequipmentatsites
10、hallbeunderthecustodyofpartybaftermencementandbeforepletionanddeliveryofthework.unlessintheeventofforcemajeurepartybshallbefullyresponsibleforanydamageoftheworkunderthecustodyofpartyb.incaseofforcemajeurepartybshallgivealistofdamageaccordingtotheactualconditionandsuggestanexpectedpriceanddateforreco
11、veryfromsuchdamagetopartyaforcheckingandpayment.shouldpartyadecidenottocontinuewiththeworkthiscontractshallbeterminatedaccordingtoarticle10hereof. 12.warrantyforwork. partybshallwarrantthepromisedconditionoftheworkwithinyear（s）afterthedateofreceivingtheworkbypartya.howeverpartybshallnotbeliabletoact
12、sofgodormisuseoftheworkbypartya. 13.supplementalprovisions: partybshallbeheldresponsibleifpartyaspersonnelorotherpeopleisinjuredduetothenegligenceofpartybduringtheprogressofconstruction.howeversuchresponsibilityshallrestuponpartyaiftheinjurycausedisduetothenegligenceofpartyaoftechnicianscontractedwi
