1、聘请合同(中英版) 聘请合同employmentagreement (聘方)聘请（受聘方）为(职务)双方本着友好合作的精神同意签定并遵守本合同合同条款如下： (theengagingparty)hasengaged(theengagedparty)as(position).thetwopartiesinthespiritoffriendshipandcooperationhaveenteredintoanagreementtosignandtoplywiththefollowingterms： 1聘期为自年月日起至年月日止 thedurationofserviceis,i.e.from/to/

3、thecontractwithoutsufficientcausesorreasons. 5聘方如中途中止合同则除按照待遇条件承担受聘方的有关费用外还须作出如下补偿： iftheengagingpartyfindsitimperativetoterminatethecontract,inadditiontobearingthecorrespondingexpensesforwages,itshallpaytheengagedpartyaspensationallowance. 6如受聘方中途提出辞职聘方自同意之日起即停发工资受聘方不在享有各种待遇 iftheengagedpartysubmit
4、shisresignationinthecourseofhisservice,theengagingpartyshallstoppayingtheengagedpartythesalaryfromthedaywhenhisresignationisapprovedbytheengagingparty,andtheengagedpartyshallnolongerenjoythesalaryandbenefitsstipulated. 7本合同自受聘方到职之日起生效聘请届满即自行失效如一方要求延长聘期必须在本合同期满之前向对方提出经双方协商确认后在另行签定延长聘期合同 thepresentcon
