Wang JinyingAcademic Degree Applied for:Master of LawSpeciality:Demograp卜Date of Oral Examination: May,2004University: Hebei University 摘要.摘要 社会稳定,是社会发展和改革顺利进行的前提条件,毕业生的寻职和下岗人员的再就业问题关系到老百姓的切身利益,也是保证社会稳定的关键所在,早己经引起了专家学者和党中央国务院的高度重视,并相应地出台了一些具体措施。诸如,在人力资本方面:加大对下岗职工的技能培训力度,提高他

3、们的知识、技能水平;促进劳动力的合理流动,减轻就业压力;加大教育投入,普及九年制义务教育。在社会资本方面:国家鼓励社会成员利用自己的网络资源,自寻职业;国家加快制度方面的建设,发挥正式制度在就业中的作用,鼓励正当合法的职业中介机构的建立等等。本文从理论阐述入手,运用调查资料、SPSS统计分析和比较分析的方法进行实证分析,揭示人力资本、社会资本与就业之间的内在联系,让人们了解人力资本和社会资本在就业过程中所扮演的角色,以及哪些因素对就业起到非常重要的作用,这样才能有的放矢,充分利用我国丰富的人力资源,促进社会经济的全面发展。下岗与失业,对老百姓来说已不再陌生,但当大学生毕业时也面临就业难的实际问

4、题时,人们开始感到困惑,心中一直有个大大的问号,本文或许会提供一些有用的启示。 本文的内容结构是:在导言部分,对全文内容作了简要概述,指出人力资本和社会资本在个人就业过程中所起到的作用是不同的,然后介绍了当前我国的就业状况及产生的压力,对就业领域中存在的问题进行了简单的分析;第一章对人力资本、社会资本及就业在理论上进行了阐述,从理性上对三者之间的关系进行了详尽的阐述;第二章则运用数据资料进行实证分析,揭示三者之间的内在联系,对解决实际就业问题有很大的参考价值。最后对当前的就业形式进行了分析,提出了一些解决问题的很好的建议。关键词人力资本;社会资本;就业AbstractAbstract Soci
