1、双料检测仅供参考简介双料检测是专门为自动化生产而设计的传感器,对于沥压车间就是为了防止吸到双料时对设备造成损坏,该传感器是根据电磁感应原理来设计的。性能:1、可以为255种不同厚度的材料进行编程;2、数字显示板料厚度和参数3、监控板料厚度的上下极限4、监控操作志压利传恒器的气随我们用的传感器型号为,P42AGS。工作原理,在传感器中有一个可以通电产生磁场的线园,还有线团是用来检测当有磁场时产生的感应电压的。由于在有板料、无板料或者多个板料时,产生的磁感应是不同的,传感器根据磁感应产生的强度不同来判断不同的板料厚度。进而输出不同的信号。即不同的板料厚度会产生不同的感应。Thesensordesc
