10、anddescribedinthedevelopmentprogram; now,therefore,inconsiderationoftheforegoingandinconsiderationofthemutualpromisesandcovenantssetforthherein,thepartiesherebyagreeasfollows: articlei definitions:interpretations section1.1.definitions.thetermsdefinedinthisarticleishall,forallpurposesofthisagreement

14、establishedandmaintainedpursuanttoarticleiihereof. developersharemeans(a)100%oftherealpropertyincrementwithrespecttothelandlevelfacilityand50%oftherealpropertyincrementwithrespecttotheexistingfacilityand50%ofthepersonalpropertyincrementwithrespecttothelandlevelfacilityand50%ofthepersonalpropertyincrementwithrespecttotheexistingfacility,foreachofthetwentyfiveyearsofthetermofthisagreement(mencingwiththeyeartaxyear)oftheretainedtaxincrementrevenues,provided,however,thatsuchpercentagesshallbereducedtothefollowingamou
