Acidity is a measure of assay which reflects the amount of beverage base in the product which is an important product parameter.可口可乐公司已经报告了一些Qasis市场样品被检测出酸度过低。酸

NCB product which usually contains citric acid being

3、 a citric acid/citrate buffer system will have the product pH remains unchanged within appreciable dilution. The technical aspect of this subject will be covered in greater details at the forth coming Producer forum next week in Shanghai.产品酸度检测的是游离的酸的总量(通过碱液来滴定),产品pH检测的是 产品中氢离子浓度,两者不能认为是同一种检测。含有柠檬酸的
