BY DOWNLOADING OR USING THESE GUIDELINES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. In Cyclone IV GX devices, some of these pins are optional high speed differential reference clock positive input. Connect unused CLK or DIFFCLK pins to GND. See Note 12.
