4、道德，此外唐代的司法官或是律学世家出身，或是接受过系统的律学教育，又或是长期担任司法职位，因此多具有深厚法律专业素质。此外，中国古代官僚阶级首先是一个文人占主导的阶层，唐代社会文风颇盛，官员的选拨又是依文取士，因此唐代的司法官多文采出众，具有很高的文学修养。唐代的司法官这一群体身上所体现的政治素质、道德素质、专业素质及文学素质具有鲜明封建社会特点，其来源及形成过程深受封建正统思想、统治者的政治理念、官员选拔制度等因素的影响。本文采用历史唯物主义分析方法，从唐代的法律、科举制度及判书文化入手，对唐代司法官的政治立场、道德观念、法律修养和文学水平的内容及来源途径的分析研究，力求呈现唐代司法官这一群
5、体的时代特点和唐代这一封建制王朝的政治文化特征。并且通过对唐代司法官素质养成途径的分析，为我国当代司法官的政治、道德、专业等素质的培养途径提供有力的借鉴，从而更好的建设社会主义法治社会，维护司法公正，服务于人民。关键词：唐代 司法官素质 成因 借鉴 IAbstractAbstract Judges the actual implementation of the law, a sound legal, if not highly qualified judges to carry out, nor can play a good role.
