2、定的试验方法进行试验6.6.4.1.1.i-Size category Enhanced Child Restraint Systems shall be tested on the test trolley by means of the test seat bench prescribed in Annex 6, and in conformity with paragraph 7.1.3.1. below.。4.1.2 动态试验应在没有加载的儿童约束系统上进行6.6.4.1.3.The dynamic test shall be performed on Child Restraint

4、rotation device in use, and。4.1.3.2 在抗翻转装置不起作用、肩部织带导向装置未使用的情况下进行动态试验。除非有避免误使用抗翻转机构或/和肩部导向装置的设计6.6.4.1.6.2.Without the anti-rotation device in use, unless a mechanism is provided to prevent incorrect use of the anti-rotation device.。4.2 总成强度动态试验期间，儿童约束系统中影响儿童乘员约束状态的任何部件不应完全或部分断裂；带扣、锁止装置或位移系统不应发生释放或脱扣
5、现象；制造商设计用于限制载荷的部件和系统除外。但他们应满足以下要求6.6.4.2.During the dynamic tests, no part of the Enhanced Child Restraint System affecting the restraint of the occupant shall fully or partially fracture, and no buckle, locking system or displacement system shall release or unlock. The only exception is where such
6、parts or systems are identified as having a load limiting function in the manufacturers technical description, as defined in paragraph 3.2.1. of this Regulation, and they comply with the following criteria:：4.2.1 性能满足制造商预期的要求。4.2.2 未削减儿童约束系统保护乘员的功能6.6.4.2.1.Perform as predicted by the manufacturer.6

8、碰撞试验加载过程（最大不超过80ms）中，侧面保护通常指对通过假人头部质心高度沿垂直于门侵入方向的保护。头部包容性要求包括During the loading phase of lateral impact testing, up to 80 ms, side protection shall always be positioned at the level at the dummys head centre of gravity perpendicular to the direction of the door intrusion. Head containment will be as

12、ral Universal ISOFIX Enhanced Child Restraint Systems, Specific vehicle ISOFIX and for non-integral Enhanced Child Restraint Systems Universal Boosters seat and specific to vehicle Booster seat5.1.1 试验用台车和标准座椅应满足附录1的要求7.1.3.1.1.1.The trolley and test bench used in the dynamic test shall meet the req
13、uirements of Annex 6 to this Regulation。5.1.2 在整个试验过程中，台车应保持水平7.1.3.1.1.2.The trolley shall remain horizontal throughout deceleration or acceleration.。5.1.3 ISOFIX下固定点在Y方向可以移动以防止ISOFIX连接装置和试验设备破坏。ISOFIX固定点应安装在可滑动机构上，其滑动量为200mm到250mm7.1.3.1.3.2.The lower ISOFIX anchorages should be movable in the Y d
14、irection to avoid damage of the attachments and test equipment. The surface of the panel shall be covered with padding as specified in Annex 6, Appendix 3.。5.1.5 试验用装置应能再现门板与标准试验座椅间的相对速度，要求见附录2。门板的最大侵入量定义见附录1-附件3。门板与标准试验座椅间的相对速度不得因门板与儿童座椅的接触而受到影响，应位于附录2定义的通道内。若采用的是T0时刻门板静止的方式，则门板应固定，T0时刻假人相对地面的速度为6.375 m/s 到7.25 m/s之间；若采用的是T0时刻门板运动的方式，则门板相对地面的速度应位于附录2定义的通道内, 而T0时假人应保持静止7.1.3.1.3.4.The test rig shall reproduce a relative velocity between the door panel and the test bench in compliance with Annex 7, Appendix 3.
