1、职业道德建设是教育工作中不可缺少的一部分。职业道德中包括教师的职业道德、精神、观念和品质等内容，是教师思想品德与职业道德的集中体现。正确树立教师职业道德规范，能够更好的引导教师在职业生涯中，肩负起作为教师的重任。现如今，由于高校扩招学生人数的快速增加，青年教师在高校所占的比例也在快速增长。面对这种新形势，如何加强青年教师的职业道德建设是学校教学质量和水平提升的一项重要工作。本文首先在对新形势下高校青年教师职业道德建设的研究目的、研究背景与意义进行概述的基础上，总结国内外前人学者的学术观点，对本文的研究思路与方法进行了介绍；阐述了教师职业道德建设的理论依据，对新形势的含义和特点以及新形势下的职业
2、道德内涵进行概述，并对青年教师、职业道德、教师的职业道德的内涵进行解释；然后从新形势来考察教师的职业道德如何影响现代教育，同时结合当前形式完善教师职业道德内容，大力推动建设高校教师职业道德3点来概述教师职业道德需要达到的标准； 以此为依据，针对当前高校青年教师职业道德现状，进行了问卷调查，调查对象为南京工业大学、南京审计学院、南京信息工程大学等几所高校不同年龄的教师，发放问卷400份，有效问卷309份。通过整理调查问卷数据得出高校青年教师职业道德存在的问题以及原因；在此基础上从提升思想意识，创设良好环境，建立长效机制三个方面提出加强高校青年教师职业道德的措施及途径。关键词：新形势；高校；青年教

13、题根源，针对如何建设青年教师职业道德给出合理化建议，并且也讨论了在建设青年教师职业道德过程中政府、社会以及高校发挥的作用，同时就如何践行青年教师道德建设提出针对性的措施，在今后建设高校青年教师职业道德上意义重大，在建设职业道德方案的形成也具有参照价值，试图运用理论联系实际，更好的解决研究过程中存在的实际问题。本文选取南京市10所高校作为研究对象，分析青年教师职业道德目前存在的问题，试图为青年教师职业道德水平的提升提出合理化建议，推动教师职业道德建设，进一步健全高校教师职业道德体系，解决青年教师职业道德建设中存在的问题，重新构置职业道德系统，意义重大。二、研究背景现在，我国正在努力实现中国梦，在
14、奋斗过程中，必然需求大量高学历、高素质、高文化的思想道德和科学文化的优秀青年人才。这些优秀青年人才将担负着培养可靠接班人的重任。优秀青年素质的高低直接决定着高校青年教师职业道德的水平。目前，国家将目光聚焦在了如何解决青年教师职业道德存在的问题。2010年7月29日，国家颁布了国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（20102020），把高校青年教师的职业道德问题作为要领，有待进一步的发展。2011年6月底，胡锦涛在清华大学百年校庆上强调：高校教师必须“认真学习邓小平理论毛泽东思想、发扬优良教师作风、提高业务水平、以高尚的职业道德、人格的魅力去感染学生，正确引导学生的健康成长。”胡锦涛在庆祝中国共产党
15、成立90周年大会上的讲话学习读本编写组,编.胡锦涛在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上的讲话学习读本M. 人民出版社, 20112011年12月20日，国家教育部第一次针对高校青年教师职业道德提出明确的要求，具体包括“爱国守法、敬业爱生、教书育人、严谨治学、服务社会、为人师表”等，专门印发了高等学校教师职业道德规范。2012年的10月份，教育部又联合多所高校以通过学校的校风建设，以青年教师的职业道德为主题及相关的理论开展论坛会，来激发高校青年教师在职业道德上的追求，加强的责任意识。2012年年底第十八次全国代表大会上中共中央再次明确提出:要加强教师队伍的建设，提高职业道德水平,把立德树人作为教育
16、的根本任务，来推动高等教育内涵式发展。在2013年五四青年节会上，习近平主席对青年代表同志指出：要有坚定的信念，高尚的品德，艰苦奋斗的精神，把过硬的本领运用到工作中。在青年会的同一天，组织部、教育部针对怎样更好的建设教师职业道德，如何建设一支具有高水平素质的高校青年教师队伍提出了建议，同时颁发关于加强和改进高校青年教师思想政治工作的若干意见。习近平同志在2014年五四青年节去北京大学参观时，指出：教师要大公无私的奉献于事业中，犹如铺路石似的，心甘情愿为人们奉献一生。教师要牢记自己的使命，打开学生智慧之窗。近年来，我国经济发展迅速，高校连年扩招，青年教师在高校师资队伍中所占的比例也在不断地上升。据教育局统计来看，截止到2015年12月我国拥有24
