3、strengthen pride and awareness of Chinese traditional festival .学情分析:这篇阅读课文是关于中秋节的来历的介绍,是我国特有的文化内容,学生熟悉这个背景故事,用英语介绍本国的文化吸引学生的兴趣。文章中涉及了宾语从句和感叹句。在初二时学生已经接触过宾语从句,对于that 引导的宾语从句学生较容易掌握。感叹句方面,在上一课时我们已经学过,用感叹句和宾语从句表达自己对中秋节日的观点,学生能完成任务。教学重难点:教学重点:1.Learn to talk about the story about Mid-Autumn Festival .

Students can retell the story .教学过程:Step 1 Revision Review some words and expressions .Ask students to translate the

5、m into Chinese .(复习上节课的重点词语,温故而知新。)Step 2 Lead-in Look at the pictures and know what festivals they are .What is your favorite festival ? Why do you like it most ? Show another two pictures . What can you see ? What do you do on Mid-Autumn Festival ?How do you celebrate this festival ? (开发思维,激发兴趣)St

6、ep 3 Pre-reading 1.Look at the picture in 3a and the title . Who is the girl in thepicture ? What is the meaning of “Full Moon, Full Feeling”? 2. Read the two questions and answer them .How do people celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival ? What story is the reading about ? (由浅入深,培养学生的阅读能力。)Step 4 While-

7、reading We have learned about many festivals . And every festival has its own story . There are many wonderful folk stories about Mid-Autumn Day .Do you know some of them ? And I think the legend of Change is the most touching of all . Now lets listen to the tape and master the main idea of the stor
