1、 农村修路征地协议篇一：修路占地协议书 修路占地协议书 甲 方： 乙 方： 甲乙双方在平等、自愿的基础上，达成修路占地协议，为维护双方的合法权利，特签订本协议： 一、修路占地位置：村村东水泥路至洛河河堤，东西宽约10米，南北长约200米，面积约3亩。 二、占地补偿费标准：每亩每年贰仟元整（2000元），3亩共计陆仟元整（6000元）。补偿费每年付一次，于当年的12月1日前一次性付给（协议期内，不得要求增加补偿费数额）。 二、占地使用期限四年。自年12月1日起至年11月 30日止。 三、协议到期，如需继续占用，双方协商续签。如果不再占用，由乙方负责将路面清理复耕。 四、未尽事宜，双方协商一致时，
2、可作为补充条款。本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各一份，具有同等法律效力，甲乙双方签字后生效。 甲方(签字)： 乙方(签字)： 签定日期：年月日篇二：土地征用协议书 土地征用协议书 甲方：敖勒召其镇马场井村委会（以下简称甲方） 乙方：鄂托克前旗公路管理段 （以下简称乙方） 为了提高公路养护管理水平，保障农村牧区公路安全畅通，乙方因乡村公路养护与管理需要，根据中华人民共和国公路法、中华人民共和国土地法、中华人民共和国合同法、内蒙古自治区农村牧区公路管理办法、内蒙古自治区草原管理条例等法律、法规及规章之规定，并结合实际，就鄂托克前旗公路管理段马场井公路养护管理站建筑、生活用地土地征用事宜，经甲、乙双方充分
3、协商达成如下协议： 一、甲方自愿将位于敖镇马场井村（三二线5公里+ 240米处北侧、东侧）的两块土地由乙方征用。 二、征用面积：乙方征用土地总面积为 22亩（其中公路北侧2亩、公路东侧20亩），其位臵与四至界线范围见本合同附图所示，且附图已经甲、乙双方确认。 三、征用期限：柒拾年（70年），从 年 月日至年月 日止。 四、征用费用的支付方式： 乙方征用甲方的土地，一次 性 支 付 甲 方 土 地 征用费60000元（大写陆万元）。并由乙方给现土地承包使用权人建设砖混结构住房90，建设标准化养殖棚圈一处。五、该土地征收后，使用权归乙方。在征用使用期内，该征用土地地表和地下开发开采的收益归乙方所有
4、，甲方不得以任何形式阻挠乙方规划使用所征用土地，不得以任何理由阻挠乙方的正常工作、生产生活。如因甲方阻挠而致乙方不能正常行使权利的，因此造成的一切损失均由甲方承担。 六、征用期满后，就乙方在该土地地表的建设情况，根据当时的政策、法规及市场价由甲方收回。 七、违约责任，任何一方违约，违约方向守约方支付双倍征用费的违约金。 八、本协议未尽事宜，由甲、乙双方协商解决。 九、因执行本协议发生争议，由争议各方协商解决；协商不成的，向鄂托克前旗人民法院起诉。 十、本协议自甲、乙双方签字、盖章之日起生效。 十一、本协议一式二份，甲、乙双方各执一份。 甲方： 嘎查（村）委员会 法人代表（签字）： 村民代表签字
5、： 乙方： 法人代表（签字）： 协议签订日期：年 月 日篇三：公路改造征地协议书 公路改造征地协议 甲方：（以下简称甲方） 乙方： （以下简称乙方） 为保障甲、乙双方的合法权益，经甲、乙双方共同协商，就征地有关事宜达成如下协议： 一、征地范围、面积 征地范围位于乙方区域内，具体征地位置及四至依据江阴市交通规划勘察设计院有限公司的公路用地图和相关部门实地核定的红线图范围为准，征地面积共计 亩。 二、征地地类、权属 上述征地面积亩土地均属乙方集体土地，地类为农用地亩，其中水田亩；旱地亩；林地亩（一类林地 亩，二类林地 亩，三类林地 亩，四类林地 亩）。 三、征地补偿标准、金额 水田征地费元（补偿标
6、准每亩12000元）；旱地征地费 元（补偿标准每亩6000元）。 林地征地补偿费元（其中一类林地补偿标准每亩4000元，二类林地补偿标准每亩3000元，三类林地补偿标准每亩2000元，四类林地补偿标准每亩1000元。） 征地费共计(大写)： 四、付款方法 征地单位征地补偿费一次性付清，在征地协议书甲、乙双方签字10日内付清。 五、涉及征地的其它有关问题 1、被征收土地的征地补偿费落实后，乙方不得借故阻挠影响用地单位施工。 2、乙方同意与甲方商定的征地补偿标准和安置方案（货币安置），乙方对本协议的征地补偿标准和安置方案（货币安置）不要求听证。 3、本协议一式三份，甲、乙双方及乙方所在村各执一份，
