1、PEP小学英语三年级下册Unit 3 At the zoo B、Lets learn & Lets do 教学设计三合小学 雷琼 一、教学内容本课是PEP小学英语三年级下册Unit 3At the zoo B、Lets learn & Lets do部分的内容。主要教学四个形容词：small、 big、 short、long，同时，拓展学习句型：Whats it like? Do you like it? Yes, I do. /No, I dont. 本节课注重培养学生的观察能力、听说能力和语言运用能力，充分体现以交际为中心的课堂教学。 二、设计理念学习语言的根本目的是为了交际，本课是在以“
2、言语交际为中心”的跨越式理论指导下，借助多媒体课件、图片、实物、和丰富的阅读资源，引导学生看图对话，自主听读，在真实的语境中培养听说能力和综合语言运用能力。 三、教学目标1、 知识目标(1)能运用四个形容词“small，big，long，short”描述物品或人物。 (2)能听懂会说句子It has ,并能用该句子简单地描述动物。 (3)能听懂Lets do 中含有形容词的几个指令，并能按指令做出相应的动作。2、能力目标(1)根据PPT提供的图片，培养学生的观察能力、判断能力以及在key points辅助下进行口语表达的能力。 (2)通过自主说、两两对话等活动形式，让学生学以致用，培养和提高学
3、生英语交际能力。3、情感目标培养学生爱护动物，热爱大自然的情感。4、拓展目标拓展句型 Whats it like? Do you like it? Yes, I do. / No, I dont. 四、 教学重点（1）让学生进一步熟练掌握句型“It has ” （2）会用“It has a small head. And a short tail”进行简单表达。 五、教学难点熟练运用反义词small，big，long，short等对身边事物进行描述。 六 、学情分析学生是小学三年级的跨越式实验班的学生，他们对英语学习比较感兴趣，能够积极主动地参与课堂活动，并根据自己的兴趣、爱好选择适合自己的拓
4、展阅读材料，发展自己的能力。 七、资源准备1、有关动物特征的自主阅读材料 2、学生会话图片 3、动物图片 4、乒乓球 5、尺子 6、多媒体课件 八、教学策略该课的主题是用句型It has.描述动物的特征，教师为学生创造了真实的语言环境，让学生根据PPT和key points进行看图说话、自主说、两两说等活动，给学生提供说的机会。根据主题内容，教师选取与教学内容密切相关的英语对话和英语小故事，让学生自主听读和会话，培养学生综合运用英语的能力。 九、教学过程(一)Warm-up1、Greeting 2、Sing a song:At the zoo设计意图：让学生唱节奏欢快的歌曲，既能激发学生的兴趣
5、，又能营造英语氛围，帮助学生进入学习英语的环境中。 (二)Revision1、Guessing game 设计意图：学生根据教师的动作猜动物单词，并用句型Its so. .进行简单描述，既复习了旧知识，激发了学生的兴趣，又为复习说作了铺垫。2、Have a free talk.A: Look! Whats this? B: Its a giraffe/ pig / monkey / .A: Look at the giraffe/ pig /monkey / . B: Wow! Its so tall/fat/thin/. .设计意图：此环节学生利用教师提供的会话图片进行两两对话，既巩固了所学
6、的知识，又为下一环节的学习作了铺垫。 (三)Presentation 1、PPT呈现鸵鸟的图片,教学单词small.(1)T: Look here, please. Whats this? S: Its a head. T: Yes. Look at the head.Whats it like? S:She has long hair. 设计意图：此环节通过PPT进行直观教学，让学生从听觉和视觉感受英语的学习，通过图片对比教学，让学生一目了然，轻松掌握新知识。 5、教学Lets do(1)教师范读并做动作，学生跟
13、读跟做(2)多媒体播放Lets do 动画，师生边说边做动作 设计意图：让学生边说边做动作，激发了学生的兴趣，充分调动了学生的学习积极性。 (四)Practice1、 Use the new words “small, big, short, long” to fill in the blanks.设计意图：此环节教师让学生通过观察和对比，选择恰当的单词填空，既能巩固所学新知识，培养学生的竞争意识，又为下一环节作了铺垫。 2、Say out the opposite phrases 设计意图：通过竞赛的形式让学生快速说出相反的词组，既调动了学生的学习积极性，又培养了学生快速认读单词和能力，进一
14、步巩固所学新知识，活跃课堂气氛。 3、Guessing game 设计意图：让学生猜一猜熟悉的动物，进一步激发学生的学习兴趣，营造和谐的英语学习氛围。4、Free talk A: Hi, xx .Lets go to the zoo. B: OK. A: Look at the monkey/ pig /elephant/. .
