3、）授权南京邮电大学研究生院办理。涉密学位论文在解密后适用本授权书。研究生签名：_ 导师签名：_ 日期：_摘要目前，世界各国的直播电视技术正在向全面数字化迈进。数字卫星通信以其信号质量好、覆盖面广、长期成本低等优点为直播电视的数字化传输提供了良好的传输平台。在我国，数字卫星直播已经成为了覆盖全国的主要直播方式，数字卫星节目已经成为各地有线电视台的主要节目来源。本文的主要任务是研究一个可进行赛事转播和新闻传送的数字化传输的数字卫星传输平台。本文首先综述了我国卫星广播电视的发展历史和现状，并阐述了数字卫星传输系统（DVB）的技术标准和关键技术；其次，在分析了卫星传输设备现状的基础上，通过计算、比较，
4、深入研究了数字卫星传输平台；然后，介绍了实现数字卫星直播电视设计方案的设备选型及连接、系统调试全过程；最后，给出了系统的测试结果。本文所研究的数字卫星传输系统，充分考虑了我国数字卫星直播电视的现状和未来，既做到了系统的先进性、合理性，又做到了设备选型的通用性、可靠性，同时又便于操作、维护和升级。测试结果表明方案的设计完全符合相关的技术标准。目前，该数字卫星传输系统已经正式投入运行，并且效果良好。关键词: 数字卫星传输；DVB；DSNGIAbstractToday，the live TV technology is changing from analog to digit in the wor

On the basis of the satellite transmitting facilities，the design project of digitalsatellite transmitting system is proposed by calculation and comparison. At last, the selection andconnection of equipments, system debugging and the testing
