2、现。事故处理的好坏关系到我国法律的尊严，关系到党和政府的威望，关系到托运人、承运人双方合法权益是否能够得到保障，关系到铁路运输企业的形象，直接影响到铁路货运营销的效果，是铁路运输售后服务的重要内容。货运事故处理工作自1991年铁路开展保价运输以来，年最高处理量达3.1万余件，事故赔偿达2.1亿余元。其中90%以上是保价事故，每年几万件事故，几亿元赔偿的处理工作量。要做到认真负责，公平公正，让货主满意，不仅要热情周到，更要靠正确理解适用规章制度、法律条文，严格按照铁路货运事故处理程序进行处理。随着社会经济的发展，铁路货运业务的对外开放，托收货人对铁路运输的增加，铁路货运事故处理必须有一整套科学化
3、、规范化、标准化的管理体系。而铁路货物运输的安全管理也至关重要，一旦发生货运安全事故。小则会直接影响到货主和铁路的利益，大则不仅会造成人民生命财产的巨大损失，还会产生严重的社会影响。要使其不再出现问题后再采取整治措施，对货运安全工作进行系统分析因此，本文从货运事故发生的原因、货运事故的防范措施、提高车站货运事故处理质量和其安全等三方面进行研究探讨。分析了我国铁路货物运输事故发生的主导原因、有效进行安全管理的方法、事故发生的对策等方面的处理对策。通过提高安全管理人员的技术业务素质，充分认识铁路货物运输状况，不断进行管理创新，制度创新，积极开展信息化建设，把握运输安全的特点和规律有效地进行处理，在
