4、 several timesby recrystallition. Its constitutionwasconfirmedby IR, 1HNMR and elementalanalysis. The fluorescence spectra ofm -APAA with Deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)was studied. Itwas shownthatDNA hasability to quench them -APAA fluorescence in418 nm(ex =256nm), and the quenched inten-sity offluorescence isproportionalto the concentrationDNA.
