2、But it also brings a series of social problems,suchas constructing corporation violating the legitimate rights and interests of employees,and engineering quality and safety problems,and environmental pollution etc.All theseproblems Epitomizes poor awareness of corporate social responsibility,and poo

Based on this,this paper studys the content oftwoparts that are the social responsibility and its influencing factors of constructionenterprise.This paper firstly reviews and summaries the latest research results of thedomesticandforeignenterprisesandconstructingcorp
4、orationssocialresponsibility,thus sort out relevant literature on factors influencing corporate socialresponsibility. Secondly,combining with the characteristics of construction industry,this paper puts forward the concept model,and measurement model of constructingcorporate social responsibility th
5、rough empirical research,which includes 5dimensions,respectively are the employees responsibility, community responsibility,environmental responsibility,owners responsibility and subcontractors responsibility.Then,on the basis of research on literature and practical understanding of constructioncorp
6、oration,this paper comes up with research hypothesis and model,takes empiricalresearch as supporting,and recognizes factors influencing social responsibilitybehaviors of constructing corporation.The factors include 4 variables.They arerespectively enterprises strength,external pressure,trade organiz
