1、Period 2ReadingThe General Idea of This PeriodThis period is the highlight of the whole unit.It lays emphasis on reading and understanding.First the teacher should check if the students have mastered the new words and expressions by asking them to fill in the blanks of some sentences by using some o
2、f the words and phrases that will appear in the reading passage.This part can help the students to learn words and expressions by heart in a certain language situation.Then in Pre-reading part, the students are asked to distinguish the differences between the UK, Great Britain and England.Hence, the
