2、理器,以 高精度的数字式温湿度传感器作为测量设备,本文设计了一种基于单片机温湿度监测GSM手机短信报警功能的系统,解决了人工监测效率低及无人值守时温湿度预警限值的报警问题,降低了劳动成本,同时还能够满足设施农业环境中对温湿度历史数据的存储、分析的需求。经过实地性能测试,系统测量误差较小,短信收发正常,实用性和可 靠性较高,具有较高的应用价值。主要研究的内容包括:(1)研究了基于STC12C5A型单片机的温湿度检测系统的硬件及软件的总体设计。(2)提出了系统参数的性能指标,选择了元器件型号并设计了相应的接口电路。(3)研究了TC35i模块的短消息发送功能在温湿度检测系统中的应用及短信发送、信息显

3、示等技术问题。(4)研究了温湿度采集的历史数据保存于SD/TF存储卡中的软件程序设计方法和硬件接口电路设计。(5)研究了红外遥控器作为本系统人机键盘的设计方法,使其能修改温湿度的报警设定值、系统日期、时间、报警号码等所有系统参数,提高了操作上的便利性。(6)完成了温湿度监测及报警系统的LCD屏幕人机界面设计,使其实现温湿度实际 值、设定值、时间、日期等信息的实时显示,并能够辅助遥控键盘完成相关系统参数的 修改,建立一个友好的人机控制界面。(7)完成了整机的硬件、软件的设计及调试,通过对塑料大棚的实地测试,效果良好,性能可靠。关键词:设施农业,温湿度,单片机,传感器,TC35iREASERCH

According to statistics, the planting area of solar greenhouse and vinyl tunnel has been reached 330 Kha and 670 K

5、ha respectively in our country at present, but the modernization progress of facilities-agriculture was quite slow. The survey data from some parts of Shaanxi Province and Yanglingdemonstration zone showed that the temperature and humidity monitoring system in newgreenhouse was used very few due to

6、the high runing cost, difficult to maintain and low cost performance. As a result, lots of small rural family and enterprises still check the temperature, humidity in manual. In some case, even someone was appointed to watch the meters for guiding agricultural activities. It low low efficiency and l

7、abor cost.In this paper, A cell phone alarm system by short message for monitoring temperatureand humidity of greenhouse based on SCM was developed to resolve the problems of low efficiency of artificial monitoring and early warning on limited value of temperature-humidity threshold without people c

8、heck according to the characteristics of small farmers, the GSMwireless communication technology, CSM as the processor and the digital temperature andhumidity sensor with high accuracy as the determination equipment. It not only was labor saving, but also the demand for saving and analyzing of histo

9、rial data of temperature and humidity was satisfied in environment of facility-agricultre. Through field test, the measuring error of the system is smaller, normal on sending and receiving of text messages. It was practical and reliabile with higher application value. The main contents of the study

10、were following as:(1) The complete scheme of hardwear and softwear for determining temperature andhumidity based on STC12C5A type of SCM was designed and researched.(2)The performance demand of system parameters was presented. Some components were choosed and the corresponding interface circuit was

11、designed.(3)The technology difficulty of application, text messages trsnmission, information display of the Short Message transmission function of TC35i module was evaluated.(4)The design strategy of software and interface circuit of the hardware were designed tostore historial data of temperature a

12、nd humidity acquisition in the SD/TF memory card.(5)The infrared remotor was developed as an interface-keyboard. It is more convenienton change alarm set value of the temperature and humidity, time, date, alarm code and all the other parameters of the system.(6) The design of man-machine interface o

13、f the temperature and humidity monitoringand alarm system on LCD screen was completed. The actual value of the temperature and humidit the set value, the actual value of the time, date and other information can be displayed real-time, on which the remote control keyboard can be assist to change the

14、relevant system parameters and set up a friendly man- machine interface.(7) The design and regulation of the hardware and software of whole system wascompleted. The test results in the plastic greenhouse field verified that the system if efficient and reliable on performance.Key words: Facilities-ag
