Installation and start-up 安装和初始化Installation and operation of the liquiTOC and peripheral equipment should only be carried out by persons who have been authorized by Elementar Analysensysteme GmbH. Opening the transport packing by unauthorized personnel can lead to loss of warranty rights! If the
2、 supplied instruments show damages, please contact the freight forwarder and the manufacturer immediately.LiquiTOC 和次要设备的安装和操作必须由经德国元素分析系统公司授权的人来执行。未经授权的人员打开运输包装会失去保单权。4.1 Preparations for operation 操作的准备These prerequisites are absolutely adhered to for a smooth operation of the liquiTOC.对于 liquiTOC
3、 的顺利操作必须遵照这些先决条件。4.1.1 Working environment 工作环境The installation site for the liquiTOC and the respective peripheral equipment as autosampler and PC should be protected from draught and direct sources of heat. An air conditioned room is recommended as some parts of the analyzer give off heat.In addit
4、ion, appropriate steps are to be taken to avoid electrostatic charges. Electrical discharges on the unit can lead to malfunctions.At the installation site the surrounding CO2 concentration should be stable and low ( 800 ppm CO2).LiquiTOC 安装地点和相应的周围设备如自动进样器和 PC 应通风和直接热源的排放。我们推荐有空调的房间因为一些分析配件散发热量。另外，要

11、uring operation some sample components may release toxic gases (e.g. SO2 , NO, NO2, Cl2 etc.) with the carrier gas. It is possible that during constant operation the gas content of the air exceeds the permissible maximum workplace concentration .The end of the gas pipes must lead to a sheltered (win
